I couldn't have found this ARC at a better time. I visited the Scottish Highlands only a month ago and I'm currently translating Highland myths and folklore into Greek, so a darkly comic Scottish ghost mystery was practically irresistible.
I loved the Highland atmosphere, the disappearing ghost mystery and especially the wonderful Scottish humour. Coby McTavish is chaotic, funny and extremely easy to become attached to, and the University of Ghostology is exactly as delightfully strange as it sounds.

I have whiplash. Coby revealed as only human, with addictions and issues like us readers. However, "just because you can't see a rainbow, doesn't mean it's not there". Colorful characters by the bucket full. A simulator and a cowering dead husband, etc. We are asked to take sides, but who are the bad guys? Did Coby choose correctly? Difficult to choose between humans and dwellers. Can't wait for the next book. "They're a strange bunch". Fun, action and a pull at the heart strings. This is a book for young adults too. Ookie...
