The Silent Choir Launches November 17 — Forty Voices. Not One of Them Singing.

Forty voices. Not one of them singing.

On November 17, 2026, Coby McTavish returns in The Silent Choir, the second book in the Highlands University of Ghostology series.

Coby has a new title, a lectern, and two hundred students who assume he knows what he's doing.

Unfortunately, Thomas Tallis, the long-dead Tudor composer, has appeared in the university's chorister hall, accusing Coby of tampering with a mysterious ledger.

A ledger Coby has never seen.

By nightfall, both Tallis and the ledger have vanished.

Something ancient is holding the Highlands University of Ghostology together, and that power is beginning to fail. If it collapses, every ghost on the hill will disappear forever.

The only hope lies in a forty-part Tudor motet. Coby must somehow assemble forty voices before the silence claims them all.

But there are complications.

A beheaded queen is issuing orders. A mysterious knight has secrets of his own. And the university's spectral HR department would very much like to discuss Coby's paperwork.

Welcome back to the Highlands, where the dead have unfinished business, history refuses to stay buried, and Coby McTavish is once again spectacularly out of his depth.

Blending Tudor history, Scottish Gothic atmosphere, supernatural suspense, and dark British humour, The Silent Choir is a haunting new adventure for readers who enjoy mysteries with heart, history, and a mischievous supernatural twist.
